Installing the app
Android is distributed as an APK from the operator’s own site because Google Play restricts real-money gambling apps in Canada. iOS is installed from the App Store where it is listed in your region, or run from the home screen as a web app. Both builds carry the same lobby, the same account and the same wallet as the desktop site.
Android APK Install
- Open the operator’s site in Chrome and tap the Android download link.
- Chrome warns that the file type can harm your device — that warning appears for every APK. Confirm the download.
- Android asks whether to allow installs from this source. Grant it for Chrome only.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm the install.
- Return to Settings and turn the install permission back off.
- Launch the app, register or sign in, and set Canada and CAD as your country and currency.
iOS Install
- Open the App Store and search for the operator by name.
- If it is listed in your region, install it as you would any app.
- If it is not, open the mobile site in Safari instead.
- Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Launch it from the new icon — it opens full-screen without Safari’s chrome.
- Sign in and set Canada and CAD as your country and currency.
Download only from the operator’s own domain
APK mirror sites repackage installers, and a repackaged gambling app is an obvious vector for credential theft. Check the address bar shows the operator’s domain over HTTPS before you tap download, and never install a build sent to you by a third party.

Verification before your first withdrawal
- Register with your legal name. It must match your ID exactly. A mismatch is the most common reason a first withdrawal stalls.
- Upload a government photo ID. Passport, driver’s licence or provincial photo card, with all four corners visible and no glare.
- Add proof of address if asked. A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
- Do it at sign-up, not at cash-out. Verification takes hours or days; doing it early means your first withdrawal is not the thing waiting on it.
